Brief Introduction to Yearly Transit interpretations

The transits of the slower moving Planets- Jupiter, Saturn, Rahu & Ketu are analysed here because they are the ones which cause or correspond with the more significant occurrences in a person’s life.
A sign placing of a Planet gives its mode of working, while the House placing gives its application in the affairs of life. Thus the status- e.g. good / moderate / bad, of a Planet during transit is assessed according to the following:

1. Transiting sign of a planet.

2. Transiting house with respect to Ascendant or Natal Moon.

Note: The Ashtakavarga Point in respective sign in the natal horoscope and benefice or malefic nature of respective Planet for the Ascendant or Natal Moon, may change the status of a given Planet.
These points should be taken into consideration for moderating the effects given here the respective Planet. A good transiting Planet will give less negative results, while a bad transiting Planet will give more evil results. An afflicted Planet normally produces evil results only.
